Rates are quoted per unit per night based on the number of people sharing each villa/room. 10% government tax, $2.00 per room per night occupancy tax and 10% service charge is to be added to the rates above. Villas are classified as 1, 2 and 3 rooms for tax purposes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES INCLUDING CHILDREN:
- 1 Bedroom Villas – 4 people
- 2 Bedroom Villas – 6 people
- 3 Bedroom Villas – 8 people
- Superior and Garden Rooms – 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children 11 years old and younger.
No charge for children 11 years old and younger. 12 years and older pay the additional person rate.
MEAL PLAN RATES:
- BP – Full Breakfast $12.00 per person per day.
- MAP – Breakfast & Dinner $42.00 per person per day
- 7 nights in villas and beachfront rooms, 4 nights in all other accommodations, except for December 22-January 6 when the minimum stay is 7 nights in all accommodations.
- 3 nights villas and beach front rooms, 2 nights in superior and garden rooms except for Holiday and Special event weekends. July 27- August 3 – 7 night minimum stay in all accommodations. November 30-December 4, 2017 – 3 night minimum stay in all accommodations.
A deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
- Winter – 4 night deposit
- Summer – 3 night deposit
Final payment is due at resort 30 days prior to guests’ arrival in winter, 14 days prior to guests’ arrival in summer, except for December 15-January 6 and July 27-August 3 when final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Credit cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Payments by check or money order (accepted over 60 days in advance of arrival) to be made payable and sent to:

Holiday Cancellation Policy applicable Dec 15-Jan 6 & July 27-August 3:
No charge if cancelled 46 or more days prior to arrival. 4 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 45 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 4 night penalty.
Summer – April 16-Dec 14 except for July 27-Aug 3:
No charge if cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival. 2 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 2 night penalty.
CHECK IN POLICY:
Guests are required to present valid identification (passport, driver’s license, etc.) along with a credit card on check in. To establish credit (signing privileges) for hotel purchases (restaurant, bar, spa, etc.) guests would need to leave an open credit card imprint at the front desk on arrival.
A security deposit of US$200.00 is collected from guests who do not wish to establish credit on arrival. This can be paid by cash or credit card and is refunded on check-out assuming there is no damage or loss in the villa or room. Guests using this option would not have signing privileges but would pay directly for their hotel purchases by cash or credit card.
We now have an armband system and on check in an armband will be comfortably placed on each guest’s arm. This system was put in place to strengthen our security for you our valued guests.
DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
Room service is provided and included in the rates. We must provide this service on a daily basis to ensure the comfort of you our guests and maintain our high standard of operations.
