“We had a wonderful experience at Rondel Village. The people were so helpful and friendly, including the local people we met on the beach. The swimming is good, as the waves are very gentle. Our goal was to relax, so having the bar and restaurant available made it convenient. There are other restaurants and places to visit down the beach and within walking distance from the resort. The front desk ordered taxis for us whenever we wanted them. Security was very good; we felt safe always. I wouldn’t change a thing!”

“Beautiful property! Clean rooms, staff was very attentive! Food was great, we ate there everyday! Thank you to the staff (front desk, restaurant, house keeping, and grounds keeping) for taking care of us! We WILL BE BACK!”

“My best friend and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. We loved every minute of it. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist you with anything you need. Our rooms were always tidy. The pool was fun and super clean. The food at the restaurant is delicious and super affordable. We will definitely be back and continue to stay at Rondel Village.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a nice variety of both traditional western food and Jamaican food. The beach was great! Great security that made you feel safe. Clean pools and jacuzzi. The garden was beautiful and well kept.”

“The staff were amazing – from front desk to wait staff, to lifeguards. Everyone tried their best to accommodate us in the most friendliest and efficient manner. Rooms were very clean and hotel food was delicious. The greatest part was the ability to walk out of my room and in a few feet I’m on the beach! Everything you want is on the beach – food, tropical fruits, shops, boat riding, parasailing, and sooooo much more. If you want a break from the hotel restaurant you can get jerk chicken or patties off the street, along with a variety of other local restaurants on the strip. I cannot wait to go back.”

“Outstanding experience! Rondel Village was an excellent place to stay. We stayed in Tangerine with a wonderful wrap around patio and kitchenette; the perfect place for my family and fellow travelers to meet up throughout our stay and make fun memories. The staff were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. From front desk to housekeeping, beach security to bar/restaurant staff, everyone was wonderful. We felt well taken care of and very safe knowing everyone had our fun and security in mind. This was our first trip to Jamaica and certainly won’t be our last! Highly recommend Rondel Village.”

“Loved the design of the property especially the greenery around the appointments. Was based on the the sea front side. The hotel was well maintained. Staff were friendly. Room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and well decorated. Was booked into a superior room. Well worth it.”

“Staff was very pleasant. No one beg for anything. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Waitress was professional along with the evening bartender. The lifeguard was excellent in making sure we wasn’t harassed while on the beach. In all I had a wonderful experience along with my husband and son. The massage I received 2 x was excellent at the spa. Felisha was very good and very friendly. We will come back next year definitely.”

“We just returned from another wonderful 8 days in Negril. We stayed at Rondel Village (as usual). You could say that about a lot of the people staying there as we saw many, many returning guests. That says a lot about a place I think, loyalty is a tough thing to build these days and Rondel has a very loyal client base. I find the front desk staff to be very friendly, outgoing and helpful. Overall it was another wonderful 8 days at Rondel and we are already looking forward to our next trip in December for our 25th wedding anniversary.”

“We’ve stayed here a number of times, and it doesn’t disappoint! It’s very clean and well looked after, and the staff is wonderful! The restaurant is great, and although we were a large group (13 of us were staying at Rondel but we often had an extra 4 with us), we didn’t have the long waits we had at other restaurants in Negril. It matters when you have little ones to feed. The beach staff took great care of us each day. We loved our housekeeper Donna. Don’t hesitate to book here! We just don’t have on negative thing to say. Hated to leave.”
