Guest Policy

All visitors on arriving at the property, must register with the Front Desk.

Guests who would like their visitor (s) to come onto the property, will be required to pay a US$35.00 cover charge per person. This charge will cover a Day Pass , which is valid between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, allowing the visitor the use of the facilities. The US$35.00 fee can be used towards food/ beverage purchases at Jaybird's Restaurant/ Bar or Spa services.

Guests will be required to sign in their visitors at the Front Desk where they will complete a Visitor Slip stating their name, room name and name of their visitor.

The Front Desk Agent will collect an Identification card from the visitor which will be kept at the Front Desk until the visitor is leaving. Please note that a valid identification card is required for each visitor for check-in/registration.

All visitors arriving on property after 5:00 PM, will be charged the additional person rate of US$40.00. This rate covers the use of the facilities. However, it cannot be used towards food or beverage at the restaurant/bar or Spa services. It is valid only for one night up until 12:00 Noon the following day.

Security/Night Manager is required to collect payment and a valid ID from visitors after 9pm.

All guests checking in to Rondel Village will be required to sign and date the below disclaimer.

I release, hold harmless and covenant not to sue The Rondel Village, the property owners of the Hotel, the Hotel operator and their past or present predecessors, successors, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, related entities, directors, assigns, officers, agents, attorneys, managers, employees, former employees, members and servants, or other individuals in any way related to the Hotel (the “Releasees”) for all actions, causes of action, claims or damages, damages at law or in equity of whatever kind related directly or indirectly to the or any financial damages arising either directly or indirectly from the transmission or spread of COVID-19, including those actions, claims or damages arising out of the acts or failure to act of either the Releasees, any individuals on the premises of the Hotel, or my own acts or failure to act while I am a guest at the hotel and its facilities, except those which are due to the gross negligence of the Releasees.

During the time I, or those I am responsible for, am or are present at the hotel property, I agree to comply with any and all requirements of the Hotel related to COVID-19, including but not limited to compliance with governmental directives and/or orders, use of social distancing and/or masks, immediate disclosure to the Hotel of symptoms and/or knowledge of possible infection, personal hygiene, self-isolating and quarantining and any other orders or directives issued by the Hotel or any agencies or entities of the United States or any state or local governments.

Should any portion of this agreement be declared unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect. I irrevocably agree that any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement and in particular with reference to this COVID-19 exclusion clause, shall be governed by Jamaican law and

shall be decided solely and exclusively by the Jamaican courts.
