 Rates are quoted per unit per night based on the number of people sharing each villa/room. 10% government tax, $2.00 per room per night occupancy tax and 10% service charge is to be added to the rates above. Villas are classified as 1, 2 and 3 rooms for tax purposes. 10% government tax and 10% service charge are to be added to the Meal Plan rates.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Maximum persons in Villas and Rooms

1 Bedroom Villas – 4 people·

 2 Bedroom Villas – 6 people.
3 Bedroom Villas – 8 people·

 Superior and Garden Rooms – 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children 12 years old and younger. 

No charge for children 11 years old and younger. 12 years and older pay the additional person rate.

 BP – Full Breakfast $19.00 per person per day·

 MAP – Breakfast & Dinner $64.00 per person per day· 

Rates are inclusive of government tax and service charges.

Winter· 7 nights in villas and beachfront rooms, 4 nights in all other accommodations, except for December 15-January 6 when the minimum stay is 7 nights in all accommodations. ·

 Summer· 2 nights in garden and superior rooms, 3 nights in all other accommodations. July 27-August 3, 2023- 7 night minimum stay in all accommodations.  December 3-7, 2023 – 3 night minimum stay in all accommodations.

Winter – Dec 15-April 15 except for Dec 19-Jan 6:

No charge if cancelled 22 or more days prior to arrival. 3-night cancellation penalty if cancelled 21 days before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 3-night penalty. Reservations for December 15 to January 6 require 46 days cancellation notice to avoid 4-night penalty.

Holiday Cancellation Policy applicable Dec 19-Jan 6:

No charge if cancelled 46 or more days prior to arrival. 4-night cancellation penalty if cancelled 45 days before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 4-night penalty. Reservations for July 27-August 3, 4-night penalty if cancelled between 46 and 15 days prior to arrival.  Full payment is non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival, also applicable to no-shows and short stays.

Summer – April 16-Dec 14 except for July 27 -August 3:

No charge if cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival. 2-night cancellation penalty if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 2-night penalty. Reservations for July 27– August 3, 4-night penalty if cancelled between 46 and 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment is non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival, also applicable to no-shows and short stays.

Guests are required to present valid identification (passport, driver’s license, etc.) along with a credit card on check in.  To establish credit (signing privileges) for hotel purchases (restaurant, bar, spa, etc.) a hold of US$300.00per room is put on the card.  This also serves as a security deposit in case of any damage or loss in the villa or room.  On check out the amount on hold can be applied to the guest’s bill or credited to the credit card on file.

On check-in an armband will be comfortably placed on each guest’s arm to strengthen our security for you our valued guests.

Room service is provided and included in the rates.  We must provide this service on a daily basis to ensure the comfort of you our guests and maintain our high standard of operations.

The safe rental fee is included in the room/villa rates.
